Our Reversed Density (RD) Shooting Heads have the higher density located towards the tip of the rod, letting the rear end of the line sink faster, then the tip end of the shooting head.
When the shooting head is taken by the current, the lower density tip will be pulled down to the level of the higher density rear end. The result is better control over your fishing depth.
When spey-casting you will have the advantage of setting the anchor with the lower density tip.
